There comes a point when we all need to learn about the different anti aging products to help with those dreaded wrinkles. Today we will be talking about Katrina, a 27-year-old actress living in LA.

Katrina moved to LA four years ago to become an actress. She hasn’t had her big break yet.

First thing she found was that fatty fish are good for your skin. They are great sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which help your skin keep moisturized.

Avocados are also great for your skin, and they can help prevent sun damage too. Maybe this is part of the reason people are so obsessed with them.

Walnuts give you zinc, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, and protein, all of which help your skin. Sunflower seeds are also good for vitamin E.

Sweet potatoes and bell peppers have beta-carotene, which acts as a natural sunblock. Broccoli and tomatoes are also good sources of carotenoids, which protect your skin from sun damage and are supposed to help prevent wrinkling.

Soy, dark chocolate, green tea, and red wine were all also listed as being good for your skin. At least Katrina now has an excuse to have a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate at the end of a long day.

Since she saw the wrinkle on her face, Katrina also considered hitting the spa and getting a facial. And, a cheaper solution is to do this at home.

Katrina is still freaking out a bit about having a wrinkle. But now she knows what to do to and which anti aging products to use to keep her skin looking young so that hopefully she doesn’t get anymore.
